When bumps and possible crevices developed, she did everything possible to expedite and rectify matters. We offer our strongest recommendation about the quality of her work. We were dismayed by the seller’s agent who let way too much time pass to expedite important repairs and documentation. When a final house inspection found two minor incomplete repairs and I expressed concern about the imminent closing date, he spoke to me in an inappropriate tone. I can only hope the seller received good service and representation.

Our house sat on the market for four months with another realtor. Rita came in, took house off market to do some necessary updates, we received a full price offer on the first day the house was back on the market!

She goes above and beyond above and beyond. The rains had caused a small erosion channel to form in our driveway, which we didn't get around to fixing prior to leaving Arizona. Rita had some gravel brought in, got out her shovel and wheelbarrow and filled in that erosion channel. During the months it took our home to sell, she often dropped by and swept the front portch, which is prone to collect leaves and such because of its configuration. Once we had a potential buyer, she worked tirelessly to address every issue the buyer had, getting repairs made, an appliance replaced, a... Oh, it was a list. She did it all and the sale of our home closed on July 2. Yay! Rita. She's the best.
